Installation ordered from SkyCom

Installation ordered from SkyCom is handled with us. The installation supplier is identified in the offer and order.

If you order directly from an independent workshop, you handle the installation with that workshop. Its offer and order identify the supplier.

Only where the manual for the specific model permits it and its instructions are followed.

Placement, wiring and a basic communication check as agreed. It is not a complete motorcycle diagnostic or service.

Scan the code to add the vehicle and activate the unit. You separately select and confirm any paid or bonus package in the app.

After an installed unit is confirmed and activated, a one-time coupon is emailed. The current offer determines the package and number of months.

Not automatically. The specific defect and any link to an incorrect intervention are assessed.
